Made by Foxboro this is a Powertec Power supply model number S-174A. The input is 105-130VAC at 47-63Hz and the output is +40VDC at 0.25A and -60VDC at 0.2A, both adjustable. The unit has 5 terminals. The first two are the AC input and the other three are for the output. The unit is 6-1/4" long by 4" wide 2-1/16" thick. Documents included.
